What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the ship date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Please note that a $7 shipping fee is deducted from your refund for use of our prepaid label.
How do you ensure ethical manufacturing?
We visit our factories often and build strong personal relationships with the owners. Each factory is audited for fair wages, reasonable hours, and a healthy environment. You can view the specific factory story on every product page.
When will my order ship?
Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days to process. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Domestic delivery usually takes an additional 5–7 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we currently ship to over 60 countries worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
How should I care for my Grade-A Cashmere?
To extend the life of your cashmere, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent or baby shampoo. Lay flat to dry and never wring or hang the garment, as this can cause stretching.
